1. The service

TechLinkss is a free, web-based tool that expands shortened URLs and shows you their destination. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TechLinkss to:

• Submit URLs that point to private network resources, internal infrastructure, or systems you do not have permission to probe.
• Attempt to overwhelm, deny service to or otherwise damage our infrastructure.
• Bypass the rate limits or other technical restrictions of the service.
• Submit content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, contains malware or is otherwise illegal.
• Republish bulk results of TechLinkss in a way that competes with the service.

We may at our discretion block requests, IP addresses or specific URLs without prior notice.

3. No browsing of malicious content

The service is for revealing where a link leads, not for downloading or executing potentially harmful content. We do not vouch for the safety of any destination URL. You are responsible for deciding whether to actually visit the link.

4. Intellectual property

The site design, source code and copy are © TechLinkss. The metadata of third-party pages displayed on a result page (title, description, image) belongs to the original publisher and is shown for informational purposes only.

5. Removal requests

If a result page contains personal information you would like removed, or you are a rights-holder objecting to the display of metadata, please contact us via the contact page. We will respond promptly to reasonable requests.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechLinkss and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of the page indicates the last revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law where the operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
